1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by SPARTAK GLOBAL SERVICES CORP. ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), a corporation registered in the Province of British Columbia, Canada. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

The Company operates as a peer-to-peer (P2P) cryptocurrency brokerage, facilitating the buying and selling of digital assets through partner exchanges (Bybit, Bitget, Binance, and KuCoin). We act as an intermediary between clients and these exchanges. We do not provide investment advice, custody services, or operate as a licensed exchange ourselves.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.
• You must provide valid identification as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited.
• You must not be listed on any sanctions list maintained by Canada, the United States, the European Union, or the United Nations.

4. Account Verification (KYC)

In compliance with Canadian federal regulations and FINTRAC requirements, all clients must complete identity verification before using our services. This includes providing government-issued identification, proof of address, and other documentation as required. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who fails or refuses to complete verification.

5. Transactions

• All transactions are final once confirmed by both parties.
• We charge 0% transaction fees; however, a spread of 0.3% to 3% applies to all trades.
• Exchange rates are determined at the time of trade confirmation and may fluctuate.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reverse transactions suspected of fraud or regulatory violations.
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits may apply and are subject to change.

6. Risks

Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk. Prices are highly volatile and you may lose some or all of your investment. Past performance does not guarantee future results. The Company is not responsible for any losses incurred through the use of our services. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Using our services for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during the verification process.
• Attempting to manipulate prices or engage in market abuse.
• Using our services on behalf of undisclosed third parties.
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any security measures.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy legislation (PIPEDA). By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
